No matter what I do, I can't get rid of my F&B 365 Group Flickerino friends. Dan Redd showed up for my last picture of this year. I've TRULY enjoyed and have appreicated all of you support comments and in many cases caring and love for my daily diary of pictures. Its been fun and dramatic at times. I will continue to follow you all in the years to come. But for now I need to continue my walk down the tracks.
Let me paraphrase one of my favorite authors, Jack Kerouac, while I infer:
I've enjoyed all my Flickrino friends shots, many, many more shots than I would have thought. And, I've appreciated these photographer friends who never yawn or post commonplace images, but burn, burn, burn, like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes Awww! ...

364-365 Coming Close to the 11th Hour.
The 365 adventure has wound me up more than not, and I feel the relief of winding down and NOT having to take a picture every day. But then again, picture taking EVERYDAY has become a part of me. I'm torn as to whether or not to continue for another year. We 365'rs are in the 11th hour. It's been a fun journey despite its anxieties and tribulations.

360-365 Go Ask Alice
When logic and proportion
have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards

353-365 Beginning Reconstruction
Commencing the first phase of a major remodel of the interior of my home. I found Dan Redd relaxing in my dusty attic with a flashlight and his Nikon manual....I can't take him anywhere.

351-365 M. Theo Kearney Estate
This picture was taken on the boundary of Fresno and Kerman, CA. This vineyard borders the M Theo Kearney Estate. (now a State Park). M Theo Kearney was know as the Prince of Fresno. He helped bring settlers to the Central Valley of California in the mid to late 1800's sold plots of land to create Fresno's first building and home boom.

351-365 Last Day of School
Didn't have a lot of time to be taking pix today. So this is my submittal for 365. While helping prepare Christmas gifts, I THINK I captured the mood of my wife's 4th grade class room before the release of winter break. She was acting like a little kid, so excited!!!!!

343-365 - 2001 Space Organ
Located in the lobby of the Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, this 1976 electric organ made by Thomas Organ, stately named the 2001 Space Organ ordains this retro hotel. .... I asked politely a worker in the hotel if I could sit down at this majestic beast and was retorted with "I'm Sorry Dave, I can't do that." Funny, I think his badge said his name was HAL.

339-365 Weathering the Chill
A joke for those who have been experiencing arctic weather especially in the midwest and east coast. Here I've captured a Californian just outside a greasy spoon cafe, sleeping off breakfast.

330-365 Stacked Deck
Diane and I spent the day playing contract rummy and telling tall tales and lies to our good friends who drove from Salt Lake City, to be with us over the Thanksgiving holiday.... Faced with very skilled card sharks (regardless of the perceived handicap), I'm often outsmarted by the extraordinary strategy and card memorization that makes me want to lash out into fistfights and blame my losses on cheating.... I'm such a bad sport.
