Mental sludge, and the nay-sayers (better categorized as the dregs of of the Earth), can overwhelm ones desires for goal attainment...This is a drain that I walk past every day to my office, and yet I just ignore it, just as I try to ignore the nay-sayers and self imposed sloth within me.
